This unit was recently built using our alternative building technology (ABT), permanent formwork.  

It was completed in a record time of 12 weeks to demonstrate the superiority of our technology against conventional brick and mortar. 

The system is 5 times faster than brick and mortar to put up and with a life expectation of over 100 years. 

We are hoping to use this unit to secure residential unit developments with the government and the private sector in Rwanda.

The unit comprises 4 x 2-bedroom apartments and 4 x 3-bedroom apartments of which the master bedroom is ensuite. 

We have also furnished 4 of the apartments to finish the look. 

The unit is situated in Kinyinya, an upcoming middle to high-end area where many apartments are being built. 

It is built on a 13-hectare stand owned by our local partner; Horizon Group and the plan is to develop the whole area together.
